• Prices may change with 30 days prior notice.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes or to promote illegal activities.
• Post defamatory, obscene, or offensive content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to interfere with the platform's operation.
• Use automated systems to access the platform without permission.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our platform are owned by MySchoolAuction and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain rights to your uploaded content but grant us a license to display it for your events.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon cancellation, your content may be immediately deleted and cannot be recovered.
